This is a plain-language placeholder while our lawyers finish the final version. It describes how PlatterTap works today; the final terms will not change these basics without notice.
01What PlatterTap is
PlatterTap lets restaurants, cafés, bars and other food businesses publish their menu as a web page at plattertap.com/<your-link>, manage it from a dashboard and share it via links and QR codes.
PlatterTap is currently free of charge. If we ever introduce paid features, we will tell you in advance and nothing you already use will be switched off without notice.
02Your account
You can sign up with an email address and password or with Google sign-in. You are responsible for keeping your login safe and for everything published from your account.
You must be allowed to act for the business whose menu you publish.
03Your content
You keep all rights to your menu texts, prices, logos and photos. You give us permission to store, display and share them as needed to run your public menu page (for example, showing them to visitors and search engines).
Don’t publish content that is illegal, misleading, infringes someone else’s rights or isn’t related to your menu and business. Prices and allergen information are your responsibility — please keep them accurate.
05Your link (slug)
Links are first come, first served. We may reclaim or change a link that impersonates another business, infringes a trademark or is reserved for the platform.
06Availability and liability
We work hard to keep menus online and fast, but we can’t guarantee uninterrupted availability. PlatterTap is provided “as is”, and to the extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect losses such as lost sales.
07Ending your account
You can delete your restaurant and account at any time from the dashboard. We may suspend accounts that break these terms. After deletion, your menu is no longer published.
